- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible! I opened an account there and am closing it the following week. They do not have any information about themselves to hand you so you can read. They ordered me a box of complementary checks but did not ask what kind of checks I wanted and sent me duplicate ones instead of the single checks I like to use and did not give me a book/wallet to keep them in. I also tried several times to login to the on-line banking and it would not let me. I called and asked for help and the young lady treated me as if I were a complete idiot.
